What am I up to in January 2026? I’m:
- living in Timor-Leste, where I’m working as an English language facilitator
- publishing a book in instalments about Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, and my walk across Wales in Gawain’s footsteps
- starting a new phase of my life involving:
- Fitness: swimming, reviving my baguazhang practice, learning the basics of pencak silat
- Getting esoteric: studying divinatory techniques, studying the use of language and imagery to affect change via linguistics and discourse analysis, hypnotherapy and ceremonial magic
- Integrating the study and use of language with coaching
